The workshop will target towards the big Art Radio Event in September 2011 and therefore close all the boxes, which were opened during the last months. We have opened and started to work with quite some technology and content the last months, which are kind of 'hanging around'. The workshop in Budapest brings all our efforts together and shapes them into one big event.

In the Budapest workshop we bring together all these events to connect and combine them. Padma will be combined with the windtime protocoll for random data readout, the radio transmitter solar panel tree connects to android phones to receive streams released by the server, the javascript implementation provides us with the right timing visibly whereas the walks we did take over the content and let people listen into geotagged locations via radio as well. A movable tree? All this steered by the famous windclocks here and there.
A daring attempt for a one week event. Will we make it? Will something else come out of it? Will we change strategies during the workshop? All this cumulates in a public event Friday, 29th of July, where we plan a get-together in a park where people with little radios will be able to hear our experimental transmission in an Open Green in Budapest center.

Forming of working groups - formulating of targets within the groups (building windclocks, programming group, programme structure group, …)

11:00 - meeting at the kitchen. Discuss overlaps between the groups. Setting up of audio studio. Discussing and starting to work on the transmitter tree - powered by solar panels - connections to androids. Do we want to make geo-tagged walks as well? Do we make a moveable tree to insert geo-tagged recordings from the content group?

14:30 - Building the essentials (movable tree, handling software for the mobile phones, aquiring of necessary additional parts). Where is our javascript? Can we count on an alarmclock for the windtime? Do the windclocks work?
